1. Introduction

Welcome to MPM Store ("MPM Store", "we", "us", or "our"), operating at mpmstore.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of digital products offered through it. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

MPM Store sells original, self-created digital products that are delivered electronically as downloads or download instructions. Our catalog may include AI prompt packs, Canva design templates, website template kits, productivity planners, and digital guides. All products are digital only. No physical goods are produced, sold, or shipped.

3. License and Permitted Use

Unless a product page states otherwise, when you purchase a digital product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or business projects in accordance with the license described for that product.

  • You may use the product to create your own content and projects.
  • You may adapt or edit editable templates for your own use, where the product allows it.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product files as-is.
  • You may not claim the original product files as your own product for resale.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use MPM Store or its products to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased files in violation of the license.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Use the products to create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

5. Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change before launch. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method. MPM Store does not store full payment card details on its servers.

6. Delivery

Because all products are digital, delivery is electronic. After a successful payment, you will receive digital access or download instructions, typically by email. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time, contact us at support@mpmstore.net so we can help.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited but may be considered where a product is not accessible, where a duplicate payment occurred, or where the product is materially different from its description.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MPM Store, including the products, website text, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by MPM Store or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. No Unauthorized Third-Party Access

Important: MPM Store does not sell unauthorized access to third-party accounts, third-party subscriptions, counterfeit goods, or products that violate third-party platform terms.

We only sell original digital products that we have created and have the right to distribute. We do not provide login credentials, shared accounts, cracked software, license keys for software we do not own, or any product that circumvents another company's terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPM Store and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". Your total remedy for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
